In these Terms and Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise. All references to "you" and "your" refer to the individual registered account holder. All references to "we," "us," "our," and "ts777" refer to the ts777 platform operator and its authorised representatives.

Headings in these Terms are for convenience only and shall not affect their interpretation. References to statutes include all amendments and re-enactments thereof. The singular includes the plural and vice versa unless the context otherwise requires.

2.1 Age Requirement. The ts777 Platform is strictly accessible to persons aged 21 years of age or older. Registration of an Account by any person under 21 years of age is expressly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ts777 enforces this requirement through mandatory KYC verification at the point of registration and reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any subsequent time during the Account lifecycle.

2.2 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) Account on the ts777 Platform. Registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. ts777 employs technical and manual verification measures to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, all such Accounts may be closed without notice and any balances forfeited.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information at the time of registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your valid Pakistani mobile number, your date of birth, and your residential address. ts777 relies on this information for KYC compliance, payment processing, and account correspondence. You are obligated to update your Account information promptly if any details change.

2.4 KYC Verification. ts777 is required by its gaming licence to conduct identity and age verification on all registered Accounts. You agree to provide, within the timeframes specified by ts777, any documentation requested for KYC purposes, including but not limited to a copy of your valid CNIC, proof of residential address, and proof of payment method ownership. ts777 may impose withdrawal restrictions or suspend Account functionality pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

2.5 Geographic Eligibility. The ts777 Platform is intended for use by eligible players in permitted jurisdictions. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their access to and use of the ts777 Platform complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and restrictions in their jurisdiction of residence. ts777 makes no representation that access to the Platform is lawful in every jurisdiction.

3.1 Credential Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ts777 Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances. ts777 customer support representatives will never request your password and you should treat any such request as fraudulent.

3.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify ts777 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. ts777 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials. Activity conducted through your Account prior to notification of unauthorised access remains your responsibility.

3.3 Two-Factor Authentication. ts777 offers optional two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced Account security. Activation of 2FA is strongly recommended, particularly for Accounts holding significant PKR wallet balances. Instructions for enabling 2FA are available within your Account security settings.

3.4 Shared Device Policy. Where you access the ts777 Platform on a device shared with other persons, you must ensure you fully log out of your Account before leaving the device unattended. ts777 shall not be responsible for unauthorised activity on your Account resulting from access on a shared or publicly accessible device.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ts777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in PKR through the following approved payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, and standard inter-bank transfers. ts777 may add or remove accepted payment methods at its discretion with notice to Players.

4.2 Minimum Transaction Amounts. The minimum deposit amount on the ts777 Platform is Rs 500. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. ts777 may apply maximum transaction limits which shall be published within the Account payment section and communicated to Players in advance of any changes.

4.3 Player-Owned Payment Methods. ts777 requires all deposits and withdrawal requests to be made using payment methods registered in your own legal name. Third-party payments — where the payment method is owned by a person other than the registered Account holder — are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension and refund of the relevant transaction.

4.4 Withdrawal Verification. ts777 may require satisfactory completion of KYC verification before processing withdrawal requests. First withdrawal requests and withdrawals above a specified threshold are subject to enhanced verification. ts777 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of deposited funds where required by its licence obligations.

4.5 Currency. All Account balances, transactions, wagering activity, and financial reporting on the ts777 Platform are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ts777 does not charge currency conversion fees. No currency other than PKR is accepted or disbursed.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional incentives offered by ts777 are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time the offer is made available. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail solely in relation to the subject matter of that conflict.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. The majority of ts777 bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount received (e.g., 30x means a bonus of Rs 1,000 must generate Rs 30,000 in qualifying wagers before any portion of the bonus balance may be withdrawn). Specific wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are published for each individual offer.

5.3 One Bonus at a Time. Unless expressly stated otherwise in the relevant promotion terms, only one bonus offer may be active on your ts777 Account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses in breach of this restriction may result in cancellation of all active bonuses without notice.

5.4 Bonus Abuse. ts777 actively monitors Account activity for evidence of bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses repeatedly; making deposits solely to claim a bonus with no genuine gaming intent; exploiting errors or inconsistencies in promotional terms; and co-ordinating with other players to manipulate bonus eligibility outcomes. ts777 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, and recover bonuses in cases of suspected abuse, and to suspend or close Accounts accordingly.

5.5 Bonus Expiry. All ts777 bonuses carry an expiry date or time limit from the date of credit. Bonus balances that have not been wagered to meet the applicable requirements within the stated period will expire and be removed from your Account automatically. ts777 is not obligated to remind Players of approaching bonus expiry dates.

6.1 RNG Certification. All ts777 casino games that do not involve a live human dealer use Random Number Generators (RNGs) that are independently tested and certified by accredited third-party testing laboratories as required under ts777's gaming licence. Certified RTP (Return to Player) percentages for each game are verifiable and are not subject to manipulation by ts777, its software providers, or individual players.

6.2 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games on the ts777 Platform use physical dealing equipment — real cards, real roulette wheels, and real dice — operated by professional dealers in certified studio environments. Live game outcomes are not produced by software RNG. All live dealer studio operations are subject to the regulatory standards imposed by ts777's licensing framework.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Each ts777 game displays its applicable minimum and maximum bet limits before play commences. ts777 reserves the right to alter game stake limits at any time. Stake limit information is always current and displayed within the game interface.

6.4 Malfunctions. In the event of a software malfunction, communication disruption, or other technical error that affects the outcome of a game round on the ts777 Platform, ts777 reserves the right to void any affected bets and return the wager amounts to Player Accounts. ts777 shall not be liable for losses resulting from game malfunctions beyond the return of the voided wager. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" is the applicable principle.

6.5 Disputed Game Outcomes. If you believe a game outcome on ts777 was incorrectly determined, you must submit a dispute notification within 72 hours of the relevant game round. Disputes submitted after this period may not be investigated. ts777's determination on disputed game outcomes, following review of server-side records, shall be final and binding.

7.1 Commitment. ts777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming as both a regulatory obligation under its international gaming licence and a genuine ethical commitment to the wellbeing of Pakistani players. Gaming on the ts777 Platform is intended as entertainment. ts777 does not promote gambling as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulty.

7.2 Self-Assessment. ts777 encourages all Players to regularly assess their gaming behaviour. Indicators of potential problem gambling include: gambling beyond your financial means; gambling to recover previous losses; gambling as a response to stress, anxiety, or personal difficulties; and inability to control the amount of time or money spent on gaming.

7.3 Player-Controlled Limits. Every ts777 Account includes the following player-controlled responsible gaming tools, accessible within Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you may deposit to your ts777 Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum continuous session durations after which you will be automatically notified or logged out.
• Reality Check Reminders: Set periodic in-session notifications displaying elapsed gaming time and net session result.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your ts777 Account for a specified period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from the ts777 Platform for periods of 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, or indefinitely.

7.4 Underage Access Prevention. ts777 actively works to prevent access by persons under 21 years of age. If you become aware that a person under 21 years old has accessed the ts777 Platform using your Account or otherwise, you must notify ts777 immediately. Players with children or young persons in their household are strongly encouraged to use device-level parental control software to prevent unauthorised access.

8.1 Prohibited Activities. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ts777 Platform and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, closure, and potential legal action:

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information, including false identity or age.
• Registration or operation of multiple Accounts.
• Use of software, bots, automated systems, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes in any game type offered on ts777.
• Exploitation of software errors, technical glitches, or pricing errors to generate profits that would not arise under normal platform operation.
• Any form of money laundering, including using the ts777 Platform to convert proceeds of criminal activity.
• Chargebacks on deposits following withdrawal of equivalent or greater amounts from your Account.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ts777 staff or other players via any channel.

8.2 AML Compliance. ts777 operates a full Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance programme as mandated by its international gaming licence. Unusually large or structured deposits, rapid cycling of funds through the Platform without corresponding gaming activity, and other indicators of potential money laundering will be investigated and reported to relevant authorities. ts777 may request documentation regarding the source of funds at any time.

9.1 ts777's Right to Suspend. ts777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Account at any time and without prior notice where ts777 reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms and Conditions, where required by applicable law or its licensing obligations, or where continued operation of the Account presents an unacceptable compliance, fraud, or reputational risk to the Platform.

9.2 Voluntary Account Closure. You may request closure of your ts777 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon Account closure, all pending withdrawals will be processed to your registered payment method. Bonus balances and promotional credits that have not yet met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited at the time of Account closure.

9.3 Balance Handling on Closure. Where an Account is closed by ts777 due to a breach of these Terms, the treatment of the Account balance will depend on the nature of the breach. Balances attributable to fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or AML concerns may be withheld pending investigation. Balances not associated with the relevant breach will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following completion of any required investigation period.

10.1 Platform Availability. ts777 makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the Platform is available continuously. However, ts777 does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service disruptions, and force majeure events may periodically affect Platform availability. ts777 shall not be liable for losses arising from Platform unavailability outside of its reasonable control.

10.2 Gaming Losses. All gaming and wagering on the ts777 Platform involves real financial risk. You acknowledge that you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit and wager. ts777 is not liable for gaming losses incurred through normal Platform operation. ts777's liability for gaming losses arising from Platform errors is limited to the return of the affected wager, as described in Section 6.4.

10.3 Aggregate Liability Cap. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ts777's aggregate liability to any individual Player arising from any cause connected with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Player to their ts777 Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Exclusions. Nothing in these Terms shall limit ts777's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by ts777's gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11.1 Right to Amend. ts777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments may be made to reflect changes in applicable law, changes in ts777's licensing requirements, changes to Platform functionality, or for any other legitimate operational reason.

11.2 Notification of Changes. Where ts777 makes a material amendment to these Terms, ts777 will notify registered Players by posting a prominent notice on the Platform and, where contact details are available and verified, by communication to your registered email or mobile number. The updated Terms will be identified by a revised version number and effective date at the top of this document.

11.3 Acceptance of Amended Terms. Your continued use of the ts777 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 9.2.

12.1 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions, and any non-contractual obligations arising from or in connection with them, are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws applicable to ts777's licensing jurisdiction. Where local mandatory consumer protection law in the Player's jurisdiction provides greater protection than the law of the licensing jurisdiction, such mandatory protections are not excluded by these Terms.

12.2 Internal Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute arising in connection with your ts777 Account, gaming activity, or these Terms, you should first submit a formal complaint to ts777 customer support at [email protected]. ts777 will acknowledge receipt of all formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 10 business days. ts777's dispute resolution procedure is available in full within the Account help section of the Platform.

12.3 External Escalation. If a dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction through ts777's internal process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant independent dispute resolution body designated by ts777's licensing authority. Details of the applicable external dispute resolution mechanism are published within the ts777 Platform's responsible gaming and legal information sections.

12.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The severed provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.

12.5 Entire Agreement. These Terms and Conditions, together with ts777's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and ts777 with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior representations, discussions, undertakings, or agreements.
